 'Sheila offers a personalised service in the making of jewellery in which discussion takes place between Sheila and her client resulting in the formulation of definition of concept of what is required.  Basically Sheila offers unique personalised jewellery which is custom-made to your requirements. 

Sheila has made several items of jewellery for me - rings, pendants, a brooch and a key ring.  They are very good for birthday and Christmas presents - really original personal presents.

Through discussion you get what you have visualised in your mind and a bit more due to Sheila's skills and vision.

Hi Sheila

You will be enjoying a wonderful family holiday in Ballater at the moment but I wanted to contact you to give feedback about my jewellery.
 
As  you know, I commissioned the jewellery to wear to a wedding.   I gave you some brief thoughts on how I saw the finished articles and using your artistic talents and silversmithing skills you were able to take my little guideline and create the most stunning choker, bracelet and earrings that exceeded my expectations.   I loved your personal approach, the beautiful presentation boxes and the most reasonable prices!!  My 16 year old is already planning what you have to create for her prom jewellery!!!   It was a pleasure meeting you Sheila and I know I will get many opportunities to show off my new jewellery - which was well admired at the wedding.
 
As requested I attach a photo of me wearing it.   I am always on the other end of the camera  -  I don't do photos!!!
